Breath of the Wild 2: Why Is the Title Still a Secret? Apparently, There’s a Valid Explanation

All of us want to know what exactly the title will exist for Nintendo's next risk into Jiff of the Wild, only there's a reason it hasn't been disclosed.

If you were watching the Nintendo Direct yesterday, I'm certain your eyeballs are however in a state of daze regarding the beautifully new Jiff of the Wild 2 trailer. Although information technology was expected to, in some grade, make an appearance, the familiar rich, blue skies and seeing Link over again brought a sense of wonderment upon the Zelda customs.

Many are probably wondering why we still haven't recieved a title for this new endeavour with Link and according to Nintendo Treehouse's Nib Trinen, it would give as well much away on what's in store.

In an interview with IGN, Trinen stated that even though they do, in fact, have a championship for Jiff of the Wild 2, they tin't disembalm information technology simply yet through the business of giving too much abroad almost the game'south story.

"As for why we're holding back on the proper noun, yous'll just take to stay tuned because, obviously, Zelda names are kind of important," Trinen expressed during the discussion.

"Those subtitles… they start to give little bits of hints most possibly what's going to happen," said Trinen and went onto further say that they are completely fine with people referring to the game every bit Jiff of the Wind 2 as actually, what else would they call it at this stage anyway?

"[Breath of the Wild 2] is going to exist shorthand and it'south natural for people to want to notice a shorthand way to frame information technology. Nosotros're still calling it the sequel to Breath of the Wild,"

Equally well as the new teaser trailer for BOTW2, Nintendo showcased a new Advance Wars game, a new WarioWare, and even a Metroid title called Dread that will release in October. The sequel toBreath of the Wild volition be releasing in 2022 for the Nintendo Switch.
